"Pretty much what I was expecting"
I ordered this lamp and it looks sorta like the photos, maybe just a tiny bit different in person. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but the quality is good and it works just fine. Overall, I’m happy with it

"Nice lamp, but I felt a bit ignored"
I ordered this lamp and the quality is good. It feels solid, and the finish looks nice, not cheap at all. It did take me a little while to get the shade adjusted properly, but once I figured it out, I was happy with how it looked. My only real issue was the packaging, it could’ve been better. I also reached out about it and kind of felt ignored, which was frustrating. Overall, it’s a good lamp, but that part kept it from being a 5-star experience for me.

"Smooth site and no preventable checkout hassles"
The website was easy to get around, and I found what I needed quickly. Checkout was smooth too, with no annoying preventable issues popping up, and my payment went through without a problem. I got the order confirmation right away, so overall I’m happy with the experience

"Felt like my simple request was ignored"
The product itself was fine, nothing really wrong with it, but dealing with customer support was frustrating. I sent a couple of emails about a basic question and didn’t hear back for days. When they finally replied, it didn’t even really answer what I asked, so I had to follow up again. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely felt like my simple request was just being ignored, and that made the whole experience way more annoying than it needed to be

I ordered from thelumishop.com the delivery took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I was just kind of waiting around with no idea what was going on... The item did eventually show up, but the whole shipping experience felt unreliable.

"Easy return, but the refund took a while"
I ended up having to return my lamp, and the return process itself was straightforward. My only issue was the refund took longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating since I was watching my budget and didn’t want that money tied up for too long. Support did get back to me, but the replies weren’t exactly quick.

I ordered from The Lumi Shop and it was okay. Nothing went wrong or anything, and the prices seemed fair enough, but the quality was kinda just average for what I paid. Not terrible at all, just not wow either. I’d maybe buy again if they had a sale or discount, but paying full price feels a little much tbh.
